@newbabymuva, I wish I could point and explain lol. Obviously you see his head, right? Then his belly is just below that, then looks like cord and maybe legs down just a little more. If you are looking into his eyes the spot to the left is either your placenta or your cervix depending on what angle the tech took the picture from. To the right of his head is the same - placenta or cervix depending on angle. Now there's a circle between his belly and the placenta/cervix that looks like a ball - I'm pretty sure that is babies hand.
