When did she take you off? if its within 30 days then u can call and get a letter saying they dropped u, and by law your employer will need to add u so long as u have that letter

@rachel8792, apparently it was back in March

You can try to call your HR benefits rep, and explain to them your mom took you off, and spitefully told u after 2 months. The rep may help you out, you never know

@rachel8792, I just called her insurance company and explained the situation. They're putting me on their maternity program and they're not charging me for it
