@emma23g, I know things can change but I've had such a issue free pregnacy until today and the thought of not getting my water birth is really stressing me out waaaaa :( xxx

Midwife who did my parent craft class swears by the crab walk! Side step, squat, side step, squat and repeat, she said go as wide and low as you can but down worry if that's not particularly wide or low, don't injure yourself! I'm not sure how long you're supposed to do that for I think she said 10 minutes a night xXx

@mummywarwick, I'm still quite flexible the splits I can no longer do but i will try the rest now I'll let you know how well it goes 🙈
