Basically sleep however you want until it's no longer comfortable... I woke up on my stomach all the time until about 25 weeks and now I just don't end up on my stomach anymore. Once you hit the third trimester though I would definitely make sure you stop sleeping on your back. It's at the point now where if I lay on my back for more than a few minutes, I'm uncomfortable.
@myesha545, I'm 30 weeks and still sleep on mine sometimes... u would be surprised at how much room baby has ... its fine until baby is uncomfortable... and trust me... baby will definitely let u know...
I stopped laying on my stomach when I found out I was pregnant. a lot of women still sleep on their stomachs at 20 weeks. it all depends on you and your comfort physically and mentally :)
