I know they say food before 1 is just for fun, however I have a question about food lol how much should I feed my daughter? no one ever told me lol do I feed half a jar a couple times a day? do I feed a whole jar once a day? I've just been feeding until she refuses anymore, but I need to figure out how much to pack for our trip lol

one or twice a day, until baby shows signs of being finished. there isn't really a set amount.
