Ok who here went to the gym during pregnancy or are going now that your pregnant? I really really need guidance into knowing what ma shines are safe to use. First baby, I'm always so paranoid. Help please



A good rule of thumb is if you did it before you can do it during. If you hit the machines hard before then your body is good. If not be careful - here's a great article-

just do your normal work out. and if you didn't work our before almost everything is safe just not lifting to much weight that your not used to.
