20 weeks pregnant (left- hiding) and 31 weeks (right) with the same baby!!
My first & second trimester with baby 3 I was having a shake once a day but emotionally eating allot. In June I decided to clean it up and really love myself & baby 💙 with Superfood shakes.

20 mile bike ride and a protein smoothie bowl yesterday. Celebrating 25 weeks with baby 3!

Yesterday I held a 33lb weight in my hand - it was so heavy and awkward! I can't believe this is the same amount of weight my bestie released using our nutrition program. Since this fall she released not only 33 lbs but also her brain isn't foggy, she has energy to be the mom needs to be and man- life is just easier without this heavy weight! 🎉🙌🏽🎉🙌🏽
