I got off my meds with the help if my therapist and psychiatrist my meds are strong my babies would go through withdrawals I can't chance it... I see what happens after I finish breastfeeding I just have intense therapy sessions now

@babymay2016, were you scared it would hurt your baby? I don't know what to do

I actually refused treatment . Trying to look for more healthy ways to deal with anxiety .

I was I quit taking it a couple of weeks back
