Yes! I just had a horrible reaction to medication and my OB had me take 55Mg of Benedryl to make the hives go down. They said to take it as needed every four hours and it's perfectly safe 🙂
Yes! I take it almost nightly basis. I use to take ambien for years and now I take Benadryl and it really helps! I was told I can take up to 2-3 of them a night.
I didn't take it during my pregnancy until I was hospitalized and the nurses gave it to me to help me sleep. You could google 24 hour nurse hotlines and ask someone just to make sure it's ok.
