Yes! I just had a horrible reaction to medication and my OB had me take 55Mg of Benedryl to make the hives go down. They said to take it as needed every four hours and it's perfectly safe 🙂

Yes! I take it almost nightly basis. I use to take ambien for years and now I take Benadryl and it really helps! I was told I can take up to 2-3 of them a night.
