I got told to have 500mls

normally just 600 mls of water. they will tell you if you are full enough once they start the ultrasound. your normally over full than not full enough.

I'm pretty sure for my 20 week scan it was half a litre or as close to a litre that I could. Even then when I was waiting for my app they let you go to the toilet if really need be to release the urge without letting it all out. I was going to pee myself 🙈 haha

it depends on the place, my scan was just two glasses of water. but id give them a call and ask sometimes they forget to say or it is on the form
