so my back is killing me what can I do so it won't hurt as bad?

heating pad and Tylenol... 😕 there isn't much.. do u have someone that can massage it?

😕😕 I know how you feel trust me... except my entire pregnancy I haven't had anyone to massage. I bought this heating massager and it works wonders BUUUT its very difficult doing it by myself. lol
