Exercise: Did your doctor tell you anything specifically that you should be aware of? (I.e. Heart rate, temperature, impact). My doctor told me that I could keep up with anything that I was doing before, but I just worry.
as long as you aren't over doing it I wouldn't think so. call you dr nurse line you have a right to ask as many questions as you want

@purplemissed, That's almost exactly what he said, actually, lol. I live in AZ and it's supposed to be in the 110s this week, so when working out its a little extra hot & sweaty. I know that body temperature is something to be aware of (i.e. No hot tubs) but wasn't sure how that might be effected by exercising.
@mrs.medrano, Were those your orders for the entire term of the pregnancy?
no she didn't buhh since I had a misscarge before .. I thought I rather be on bed rest n make sure I did everything right @squirrelgiggles83 buh once I hit 10 weeks I started to feel pain n that'd when they told me I had to be on bed rest for my whole pregnancy
for my first trimester I did nothing but rest n n stay in bed becuz of how worry I was n everything I don't so far is going great
basically they are saying if your body is used to it then it should be fine just don't add on or do extra
Doc told me to use the Talk method: don't do anything you can't do without talking normally (no huffing and puffing for air) to not overwork yourself. And also said a good rule of thumb is, don't do anything you wouldn't do with a newborn baby in your arms
