How early can you feel symptoms of pregnancy

I started feeling different 2 1/2 weeks and tested positive at barely 4 weeks.

I conceived may 24 so i should test by june 14th?

I started showing signs at 4 weeks

I knew right away, my senses were off and i just felt different.

Im scared to get my hopes up though i should have started today mmmm we shall see im in gods hands
