Try different positions. It sounds like she might have silent reflux. Try nursing her with her body sitting straight up.

its normal about spiting her pacifier out. my mother said when i was a baby i hated pacifiers and always gaged and spit them out. she may just hate those. i hope u are able to get her to the dr and figure it out soon
