It's an ulsor just rinse with warm salt water, burns like a mother but it is one of the things that gets rid of them. I get them all the time it sucks. Usually from biting the inside of the lip

It is a cancer sore... Take some L-Lysine and it will go away. You may get more though. It is a virus but if you start taking L-Lysine as soon as you notice your getting one, it should go away before it is very painful. I've been getting them since I was 5.

Burn it off with honey and lime and a qtip it will burn and bleed a little but you will be pain free afterwards

Canker sore. Anbesol is awesome at making it feel better if you have any, and the L - lysine has helped me in the past too @elenalee

Yea canker sore I get them anytime I have something acidy. orange juice oranges lemonade. so I avoid that stuff. I just put some salt on it burns but then numbs it.

canker sores are terrible. I used to get them all over my mouth when I was little, salt water mouth wash helps it.
