from my understanding the placenta doesn't move. it's attached to the uterus wall. the only "relocation" that can happen would be while the uterus is growing, the placenta travels upward as well.

@kaylabby22, my doctor spoke with me , my placenta did deattache itself and move and they are keeping a close watch on it she said it could be because I've been in premature labor since 24 weeks && I'm 3cm && 70% and they can feel his head now , they are watching to make sure I don't have any bleeding if so I will be having a emergency c section

oh man. it's a good thing they caught it then. hopefully you won't have to have the emergency c section.

In the event that you do have to have a c section, do not be scared. it's still a beautiful experience and a happy one. I had to have an emergency c section and it was quick, I didn't feel pain just tugging, and my baby was well and so was i. the only thing that sucked was the first 3 days of recovery. after that it was easy. I was scared and was crying that I had to have one but I had nothing to be afraid of. don't worry, whatever happens it will still be beautiful. be strong, things can always change in a second with pregnancy so your placenta might just go into a good position

@shawtypop, Thanks for that , and for some reason with this pregnancy iV always had a dream or said I was going to end up having a C section they thought my first was a c section because of what my placenta did

I had a dream I was going to as well. and I did! strangely enough
