With this one I'll have 3 kids 3 different fathers but the one thing they have the same is me and their last name. I'd give him your last name.

I would give him your last name... If he ain't around he doesn't deserve that privilege

He lives 7 hours away, already has one son who lives with him, his grandmother watches him while he's at work, I just don't see how he'll even have time to be involved at all, he brags about being some great father but all the things I have to get ready for my son? My parents have bought. I don't think he even deserves the label father considering he doesn't even realize he's abandoned his woman and his child.

I would put your name not his. he obviously hasn't made an effort to be in your lives or show he deserves that right.

I heard giving baby the same last name as dad makes it easier when trying to get child support BUT screw that shit there's always DNA test. He doesn't get to ask for any favors from you. I personally would give baby my name. You can always hyphen your name and sperm donors name but that's solely up to you

that sounds just like me and my ex. he was the father of my daughter. he wanted to be left alone. so I left him alone. to this day he has no idea who this daughter is what she looks like what her name is. her last name is mine by the way.

That's what I thought, literally I'm depending on my family to support and provide for me and my child now yet he has the balls to demand our son get his last name. @klove2016
