Any tips on how to manage SPD it's mainly just a pain in my pubic bone but it's quite painful, worried how I'm going to manage working upto 35 weeks, I'm on my feet all the time at work too x

I'm always on my feet at work too and mine aches so badly but funnily enough sitting for too long also makes it hurt. A pillow between legs and under bump when sleeping, sitting with knees at most hips width apart

You can speak to GP or midwife and they can refer you to a physio class and they'll give lots of advice on how to manage it. That's where I got all my advice from, there's also a support belt (£36) but I'm not ready to buy it

You are welcome. Also if you inform work they may be understanding, I recommend sitting down after a few hours (3-4) for about 5/10 mins

I have got SPD and the doctor gave me co codomol but unsure if a should take it

yehh and supposedly the baby can become dependent so I'm unsure

@emilydoll1, I guess it depends on how much pain you are in. It's more work I'm worried about, I do long shifts on my feet so hoping I can get through it till 35 weeks x
