anyone throw up instantly after eating something

ya I just ate some lunch meat not that long ago after throwing up

Me just an hour ago!! but i didn't give up lol i rinsed my mouth and went back to my plate 😂😂😁😀😀

I tried taking a nap and my acid reflux got so bad that I ended up having to run to the bathroom
