Any ladies have any tips on not to fall in to any sort of PPD after baby gets here, I mean I'm totally happy now, everything is going great and I'm so excited for him to be here, but I do have history with being depressed in the past and I know that increases the risk. I've had a few friends that fell into it after baby, and I want to attempt to avoid it!
