Raspberry leaf tea is great for that! Even menstrual periods in general. I buy mine at Walmart and Kroger and add honey to taste. Hope that helps. 😊

that was me it doesn't lighten up for awhile you're fine if you are super heavy still after 2 and a half then I'd call your dr to make sure

@benjysmommyy I think towards the end of the second week for me? Mine was pretty dark at first too, it'll lighten up, don't freak out :)
