I'm 28 weeks almost 29 and I've had diarrhea all day and menstrual like cramps and my stomach is hard as a rock. I don't wanna go to the hospital if not necessary! What should I do?

Are the cramps consistent? More than 6 per hour? If so I would go to L&D could be preterm labor. I had that and my doctor said anytime you have 6 or more per hour to go in especially with your weeks I was 31 weeks when it happened to me.
I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

So last night the cramping went away so I went to bed. Now this morning I wake up with diarrhea again and cramps. I think it's time to go in😁
