Honestly just keep trying i had the same problem with my daughter then one day she just got use to it its a learning experience for them as well

How old is he @brentleysmomma16 ? I use a nipple shield too and try a few times a day without. He latches really well on the left but struggles with right. We've been using it since he was born. He's 9 weeks old. I pinch my nipple so it's easier for him to get it in his mouth, especially when my breast is full.

any other tips? im using a nipple gaurd also to try and get him to latch @leiibaaaby

Brush the side of babys cheek but already have the boob ready to go in in front of his mouth it may take a few trys so dont give up it will get easier and easier the more you do it
