@cubanese, I know! I mean I totally get a new mom has little to no time and it is hard but shit if you want results you have to put the work in and research workouts and nutrition or hire a trainer! I can't stand the It Works, corsets, skinny teas, detox diets, cleanses..ugh I hate it so much

Exactly. I tell people that time and time again. There are even smaller mom and pop gyms that will let you take the baby in if you talk to them about it. I knew a lady who took her baby in with her in his car seat carrier and he slept while she worked out. Or home workouts. I mean there is literally so many options!

@kimberkatherine, it works is everywhere. It's so annoying. I had a friend that was working out with me to help her get motivated but then she started being an It Works rep. Ugh. I stopped talking to her almost completely so I wouldn't have to argue about it. Lazy doesn't get results. I really hate seeing it on here! I'll just stick to eating well and working out. :) My brother and his GF are trainers and bodybuilder competitors as well. :) That lifestyle takes a lot of discipline and hard work.

@babybue16, I know, right?? I have great friends who started selling it. If you just Google It Works scams and read up on the articles there is so much bs. Plus I know of people who have had incredible transformations and that company stole their photos to use. Shit like that happens way too much. I had a girl I trained and she was getting so fit and looking so awesome and then became a sales rep for that company..so sad :/ oh that's awesome! I definitely love competing!

@kimberkatherine, oh man. That had to be disappointing to see someone who was making progress start representing a company like that! I didn't realize the company was stealing transformation photos. That's awful.

@babybue16, oh yah, if you look up this girl called goodbyefathellomuscle (facebook and instagram) she has had that company steal her pictures and there are many more. It is saddening but I know it'll only last so long until they realize it doesn't work 😏

We've had coaches with transformations have their progress pics stolen too. There was another company that did that stuff too...Shit, I know I have a long way to go until I dump my years of crappy food, laziness, beer, and pregnancy, but I follow a near Paleo diet and work out 6 days a week. And it's taken me 7 months to dump 35 pounds, but you know what?! THAT works. 😂
