My mom has been trying to get them to test me for preeclampsia for a few weeks but they kept saying I didn't need to be tested. @scidg3

I have preeclampsia and not a single symptom. They also told me that my blood work is going down but not fast enough that they need to do emergency.....just thought I'd let ya know. My c-sec is Wed....and was supose to be on the 13th! @britt16

I'll ask the nurse next time she's in here. My blood pressure hasn't been real high but it's been higher than it ever has this whole pregnancy. @scidg3

Yea, blood work is part of it too.....ask them because if those levels are changing that's the dangerous part. from what I understand blood work deals with HELLP @britt16

They did blood work last night. I'm guessing it was for that. I'm not sure they never did say anything about the blood work either. Just said for me to do a 24 hour urine collection because of the amount of protein that was in it last night. @scidg3

That's a side effect to preeclampsia, when the headache won't go away with Tylenol @britt16 weren't they testing you for that

Yeah but my blood pressure has been okay, a little low but other than that they haven't been concerned. && the only medicine I've had is Tylenol. @tashatini

Darn I'm sorry, did you tell a nurse? When your pressure is higher it can cause a headache...or it may be a side effect of a medication they're giving you?

try a cold rag at the base of the back of your head and a warm one over your eyes or forehead... it usually helps me. but mine is from my eyesight. I need new glasses lol
