went for my first ultrasound last week was told I was 7w+2d
one womb with 1 baby with yolk sac and heart beat another unknown thing was in there no heart beat nor yolk sac... anyone else ever seen this?? she said it can be another baby but need another ultrasound??? I am so confused she really didn't tell me much but that one was healthy

It's probably fine. Don't stress about it, and enjoy planning out your pregnancy and planning for baby. 💚

oh wow you had good chances on having twins... yup same thing only one heart beat
The doc didn't know if it was another (empty) sac or what, but it didn't cause any problems. I am a twin, so I was thankful there was only one heartbeat! lol!
I had a much smaller, undeveloped...something...on my first ultrasound. 24 weeks now, no issues.
