INDIANA PEOPLE!!! Do you know what all I take to the social security office to change my last name ?!

I needed a certified copy of my marriage license, my drivers license, my social security card, and my birth certificate when I changed my name in February. It doesn't matter what state you're in since social security is a federal entity.

Yes I know from experience they won't do anything for you unless you have everything they need. It's frustrating. You can always call and ask them before going.
