I don't know if this is a wierd thing that is just happening to me....
I lie on my side at night with a pillow under my bump and one between my knees, but just recently I've been waking up in the night with pain in the knee that is underneath from the other one resting on top of it. it's really painful... so then I rotate sides (after the obligatory trip to the loo) and it happens all over again. My legs are quite swollen and have been for some time now so that might be why they are pressing down on the one below so much.
Does anyone know what I can do to help? I've started sleeping with my legs parted more, sort of in the recovery position but this isn't brill for bump as it gets squished a bit.....

I've had this from week 26...the best thing I done was put 4 pillows on the bed..then a spare quilt over them...then a really thick chunky pillow between my legs..but far up so could squash it under my bump a bit...then another flatter pillow behind my back to keep me straight...sounds like a carry on but it really worked for me...well up until last week...I'm 36 weeks and now sleeping on the sofa as I seem to sleep right through on there with no props lol xxx
