another question.... does anybody eat lunch meat ? my doctor told me I should heat it up before eating it .

I try to avoid lunch meat

its probably bad but I eat a lot of lunch meat 😕 due to taking sandwiches for lunch at work lol.

I ate it before I knew about the whole heating it up thing and then after reading more in to it, I decided it was safe to have every once in a while.

It's a safety precaution. I'm sure the likelyhood of you getting listeria is slim to none. And if you're out of your first trimester than you will be okay.

@makbrussell, yeah I'm just mad cause my boyfriend's mom took mine out of the microwave after i just put it in . and said I don't need to head it up.

Because lunch meats can contain listeria (a bacteria that can be harmful for anyone to consume) it is best to heat it up to kill any bacteria that may be on the meat. I eat it every once in a while because it's quick and easy, but always heat it. I wouldn't eat too much.

i dont often but when i do i just cook it first. @kotora

I eat it in moderation. But I don't heat it up
