has anyone else been able to take jokes that your SO joked about until you got pregnant? because mine made a comment saying "i cant even joke with you anymore you take everything way to seriously.. i used to like that about you how you could take a joke..." mine jokes all the time. but some of the jokes are concerning like this one today... "when i get off work after the baby is born im gonna get extra days off.." i said back "so you can help more with the baby?" "no so i can play more video games... you and your mom can take care of the baby. thats why she is gonna be here." like of course im not gonna laugh about a joke like that and i will take it seriously... if you want to joke keep our child out of it... his jokes arent even funny have the time. and he sounds so serious so you cant even tell if he is joking or not.... anyone else have this trouble?
That would of made me mad too honestly. like that's not even funny regardless how you say it.
i dont think he understands the hormones that runs through our bodies while we are pregnant... btw also knows im under stress with my parents. my parents love to cause drama and talk shit on him. they Also love to complain... @phinnybinz
It depends on my mood. For the most part, I know when he's joking (funny or not). He also knows me well enough to know when it's not the time. As for the specific joke you mentioned, I'd probably have laughed and kept it going. Then again we joke about dropping her off with grandma and going on holiday. It's funny to us because we both know that would never be the case.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
That's a tough situation. Have you tried talking to him when you're not upset with him? I know, for me, I sound like a lunatic if I'm upset.
