I don't remember if I've asked this on here or not, but any c-section mamas use an abdominal binder? if so, what did it…

I used the belly bandit for my first daughter and plan on using it again for after this pregnancy. I prob wore it for about 3 months and it worked great!!!!

The hospital had Gave me mine. The pain in your stomach randomly is normal. I still get it sometimes and I had my son 3months ago. I came off my meds on the 3rd day and the binder and was walking by day two. Just do a lot of walking to help heal more. This lady I knew at the hospital when I was there said she used the binder everyday and it shrunk her stomach so I guess it does work

I had our little girl 11 days ago and some days I get a pain in my belly...and other days I don't have any pain...I would love for my belly to lose some weight and have my uterus go back down to normal size...I have a script to get one but I wasn't sure if it would be worth it or not..

I used one after my csection. It helped so much the first 2 days. Kept my stomach from sloshing around and helped with the pain. but it kept getting crinkled up on my incision when I'd sit and stuff and would make my cut burn so bad so I just took it off and went without it. The nurses kept telling me to use it but I didn't. they also said it helps you lose weight but I didn't care about that.
