I'm 30 weeks today and have been having some painful BH contractions off and on for a few weeks. But this is baby #4 also and I have a history of early deliveries. I haven't made it past 37 weeks with any of my kids.

@3blondebabies yeah they were a bit intense today.

I know as your pregnancy progresses you get more frequent and harder Braxton Hicks. Sometimes they can be a bit painful but as long as you don't have 4-6(?) within an hour your ok.
