This might be a little tmi ; gone to the bathroom too like usual 6 am a tiny bit of pink blood , 8am more pink blood ... Should I be concerned 😰 #37weeks

I woke up this morning and peed and when I wiped there was pink blood I've had a miscarriage before so I'm freaking out and now its turned to a dark red/ brown blood
