My son has that same thing. I called his doctor and tried to explain it, they said that sometimes the slobber sitting on their skin can cause irritation like that. But if it lasts, I'm gonna take him in just to be sure.

Was she sleeping on that side? Could be a heat rash, but if still there tomorrow I would call baby's dr.
