31 weeks and have the constant urge to push urine (there is none ) and strong period like cramps and that spread to my lower back but still feeling her move I don't know what to do

sounds like a uti I had the same symptoms and that's what mine was.

almost sounds like a UTI with the urine. Def call ♡ feel better
