Soooo.. what's all you beautiful mommas doing to flatten your belly and get back in shape after delivering your babies? are y'all taking tea, wearing a corset, going to get wraps? a girdle? hitting the gym, special exercises? I'm just curious I'm still deciding and what about birth control throw those ideas at me too, would be helpful 😉
Please don't use teas, wraps, corsets, etc. to get your body back. I'm a personal trainer and bodybuilding competitor and I'm going to say this for anyone who is curious...there is no "quick fix". Please eat healthy and exercise. Read up on proper nutrition and hire a coach if you could use extra help. Do not buy into these companies like skinny detox teas and It Works. Huge scams!! Anyway, proper eating and workout out is the way to do it :) I'm also taking a very low dose progesterone based Birth control because it is safe with breast feeding. My brand is TriLinya. it is the generic version of Trisprintec. I used it pre pregnancy and I plan on taking it after :)
