Yes just massage it gently on the tear duct area a couple times a day, Elliot's was pretty bad, his went away in about 3 months. @jassybby6991

Massage and eye drops.

My son did. Prescribed eye drops and a warm wash cloths. Only took him 12.5 months to out grow it though

warm wash cloths helped!
