I Have A Question , Im Getting Ready To File Child Support And It Says They Have To Establish Pertanity. Me And My Daughters Father Did All That AtThe Hospital When He Signed Her BC. Does That Mean We Have To Go Through All That Again?

Not necessarily, some states if they sign the BC they waive rights to DNA testing. That's how it was in Tennessee with my daughter and in GA too.

North Carolina does bc anyone can sign a BC so they make sure you getting the right father for child support

they will do a DNA test. anyone can sign a birth certificate

in GA you have to have a dna test for child support
