my daughter had an EXTREMELY dry scalp not too long ago. I used a toothbrush to gently rub in some coconut oil at night then washed it out the next morning. it only took 2 times to get better.
my daughter doctor said i can use head and shoulders 3 times a week, it worked perfectly just make sure you watch the eyes, since its not made for babies.

@silvia1225, usually once you get it off it doesn't come back. It may just need time. I think it naturally will go away doing nothing.

If your breastfeeding you can use breastmilk in the bath that's what I did and it helped a lot
