They have low hormone options. And don't u dare believe the myth that you can't get pregnant while bf, I took my nuvaring out for a few days when my first was 8 months old (exclusively bf) and ended up with my second.

yes, just tell your doctor that you are breastfeeding and they will let you know good options. Nexplanon, mini pill, and depo are safe......i think iud too
