I swear by this... Hot water with lemon and honey just pour it in and sip it helps u breathe too and if it's nice and hot helps ur throat and u can have as much as u want .. I lived off of it for two weeks with my sinus infection .. Go buy u a bag of lemons lol
It's funny my grandma always use to say take it and I'm like yeah no .. Then someone mentioned it on another site and I was desperate so I made it and liked it 😳🙈

I'm not sure for throat. I know Tylenol is okay to take I took cough drops to but they have to not have a certain ingredient in them
