How long does the nausea last and what do you do to get through it?? I didn't have it with my first.

For me i had to eat to control my nausea!

for me, nothing helped... Not even the meds from the doctor, but try eating bland foods before you get out of bed and keep a sprite or gingerale on you

the first time I got pregnant the morning sickness was there for about until the 1st trimester ended.... however during my second pregnancy it was not until the 2nd trimester and a half it stopped... I sucked on sour candy.... it helped me so much.... try that hope it helps u
