My Boobs got super small out of no where! my suspicions are true! my milk supply is deff going down! how can I increase it fast?!
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤

lactation smoothies, lactation cookies, pumping, oatmeal (old fashioned or rolled oats), fenugreek (I personally had a bad experience with it even tho it did up my supply)
