did you try eating a little bit before taking Gummies, then taking them then eating more, that's usually the only way I can take them. you could also, crush the big ones up and put them in apple sauce but you really need to take them they do so much good for you and for baby its un real.

I haven't. I haven't taken them since the beginning either. They are more so for you than the baby because the baby will pull the nutrients they need from your body weather you taken them or not it's just to replace what the baby is taking

On my first two I didn't, but on my third and this one I am. Only differencr for me personally, is they help me keep going. Because I believe, but could be wrong. That they are meant to reput viatmins the baby take out. My first two pregnancies, went smoothly

I didn't with my first and I haven't with this pregnancy.. They make me too sick

you can always ask your dr too they might have a better solution

I think they have powder ones that you could do with this yummy fish oil stuff at sprouts. It sounds gross but, it's actually amazing!

I did faithfully with my first. With this one they made me sick no matter what I tried then my doctor told me to try the flintstone vitamins for kids and just eat as healthy as u can. I been doing that and baby is perfectly fine so far. I would talk to your doctor and see what options he might have

hahaha my bad I forget sometimes that they aren't everywhere :/ It's like whole foods but cheaper.

They have the fish oil stuff there I'm sure they have the powder too :) Do you want me to find a pic? I had no idea about the fish oil amazingness until one of my nanny families got it!

They have a bunch of different flavors too :) You just do like a tablespoon and pour the prenatal powder on top. Mmmm :)
