So I read that usually starting in the 27-30 weeks of pregnancy its normal for your heart rate to increase. I've had problems with my blood pressure and anemia during my entire pregnancy, so that is also a factor.... My blood pressure drops intensely then my heart overcompensates. So my heart rate has been 112-117 BPM. I feel weak, dizzy, faint, nauseous, hot, sweaty and sometimes vomit when this happens. Could this be Tachycardia?

@julianeeley21, hmm that's what I was thinking it may be. I'm only feeling this way now that I'm reaching the third trimester. It's terrifying, especially when it happens while I'm driving.

well I have high blood pressure and Supraventricular Tachycardia here these past few weeks I've had the hot flashes, the racing fluttering heart beat and the feeling of passing out but haven't yet thank goodness! so I kinda understand but my heart rate stays around 109-145 usually higher if I get sick@mommakaz
