So while I was working over the last 5 days I was having a good amount of contractions. So on Friday afternoon I figured I'd ask my doctor to do a membrane sweep to help the contractions regulate and hopefully get this show on the rode... Well guess what happened instead.... It made all my contractions stop... I even went walking after the sweep to bring them on but all I got out of it was swollen feet. It appears that my body and the baby just aren't ready for her to come.... I'm due on the 2nd and am just trying to get things moving in the right direction.

Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
just did my glucose test and im so amped up on sugar right now...i keep shutting my eyes to doze off and then i get extremely awake again! lol i started having Braxton Hicks contractions from the intensity of it meanwhile my son was kicking my guts in half. lol it was like Tang times 10!! i loved it... 💗😂😴😲
So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation.
Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on .
I hope my fluids stay consistent.
My 5 year old brother just got circumcised due to all the infections he kept on getting & seeing him in so much pain not being able to walk makes me glad I got my son circumcised as a newborn & planning on doing the same with my second baby.
Really struggling to come to terms with my scar and it's so mentally draining. And all this trouble on top just feel myself getting depressed 😭💔
