my daughter has her days and night's mixed up, does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

I try but she is such a heavy sleeper barely anything keeps her up or wakes her up I've tried a cold wash cloth, stripping her down to her diaper, putting her on her play mat and playing with her legs and taking her outside she just falls asleep no matter what @arijane316

it's pretty normal!! babies will sleep alot too grow

but she sleeps all day almost and wakes up around 11-12 and stays up til 4-5am every night

honestly its hard keeping a baby up because all thy want to do is eat sleep and pop lol
