What exactly is nipple simulation?

I tried everything to get my labor started with my first! I was 41 weeks and 6 day when he arrived! You can do thing to help but baby has to ready! Walking is good to try if your overdue!!@mommytobe24

Try the nipple stimulation, I read that some moms experienced contractions after trying it, also note that the body won't go into labor if it's not ready @mommytobe24
