I hate reading lmao!! I really enjoy riding horses but my so made me get rid of mine! though I'm 7 months pregnant I know I can't ride.. I do enjoy just spending time with horses but I can't because I don't have her anymore :/ I told him we will get one for me and our daughter!! it's not like we don't have the room because we do!!@mrsdoyle
that always helped my anxiety! I used to have a ton of animals and taking care of them distracted me until my depression got to bad and I had to get rid of most of them. reading is my favorite!

yeah, my doctors are mad at me because I refused my medicine while pregnant. hes probably worried about postpartum depression, I would look into a counselor or different medicine for when baby comes. pp depression can get pretty severe. good luck! you are welcome to talk to me if you need.
@mrsdoyle, yeah I figured that out lol! I thought It was just me being emotional but my doc was actually worried..
they go hand in hand. I've had both severely for years. never be afraid to ask for help or be a little selfish if you need time for yourself! and be careful, sometimes it's more severe than you realize!
